From February 6th to 8th, the eLC Leadership team gathered in Johor Bahru for our annual retreat—a vital opportunity to reflect on our 2025 milestones and align our vision for the year ahead.
After a productive week in the office, we kicked off the retreat with a flavorful dinner at Jepun Ikan Bakar. We wrapped up the first night by winding down at Unspoken Bar, giving the team a chance to recharge before the strategic work began.

The second day was dedicated to a deep dive into our operations. Using the 3R Framework, we reviewed our Roles, Responsibilities, and Relationships across various projects. It was a day of honest discussion, where we tackled past challenges and mapped out proactive solutions for 2026.
We took a break to celebrate a fellow leader’s birthday and, as evening fell, we released some steam by setting off fireworks—a highlight many of us were looking forward to. We ended the night with a festive reunion meal at Restoran Pekin KK in anticipation of the Lunar New Year.
Highlights of Day 2 Retreat
On our final day, we focused on "setting the motion" for the future. We consolidated our learning points and shared a "sweet treat" to end the session: awarding a well-deserved salary adjustment to one of our rising leaders.
Before heading home to our families, we shared one last meal together, leaving JB with a clear roadmap and a strengthened team spirit.
