On 29 June 2024, eLC proudly participated in ‘Strike for Smiles’, a fundraising charity event organized by the Singapore Bowling Federation (SBF) and Canon Singapore. The funds raised during ‘Strike for Smiles’ will benefit two important initiatives: Singapore Children’s Society and One Team Singapore Fund. Held at SingaporeBowling @ Rifle Range at Temasek Club, this event marked a significant collaboration in support of charitable causes.

Mr. William Chua, CEO of eLC and a longstanding council member managing the Senior’s Singapore Bowling team, contributed actively to the event's success.

The highlight of the event was the auction of artistically transformed retired bowling pins, which garnered generous contributions from attendees.

In attendance was Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Grace Fu, who also serves as the President of the Singapore Olympic Council. A cheque, amounting to $28,888 was given to the Singapore Children’s Society, symbolizing the collective efforts and goodwill of all involved.
