It was a momentous evening to celebrate the annual Total Defence Awards Dinner with the Guest of Honour, Defence Minister, Dr. Ng Eng Hen. eLC was in attendance to receive the NS Advocate award which is the highest accolade conferred in recognition for the exemplary support towards Total Defence and National Service. The event was held at Raffles City Convention Centre.

This was a proud occasion for eLC who have supported Total Defence and National Service since its inception. Below is the list of awards that was given to eLC over the years.

eLC has been proudly awarded the NS Advocate Award 2018.
The NSmen in eLC have always been given support whenever they go for National Service. Monetary incentives are also given when they pass their IPPT, as well as when they achieve the NS Man of the Year award. These and more pro-National Service policies are in place to support National Service.

SLTC (NS) Kevin Yue and SSG(NS) Noel Chia also attended the dinner to celebrate the award given.
