It's the time of the year again where everyone gathers for the eLC Annual Countdown Party, this year held at Hilton Singapore's Grand Ballroom. Into the 8th year, the event was aptly named as 'The 8th Ball' which symbolizes the 8th year of the event ond the committee's theme for the night.
The event was graced by working companions, families and partners of the eLC family in their 'All Black' ensemble.
We started off the night with an opening speech from our CEO, Mr William Chua, followed by him leading the respective BU heads in the mixing of the eLC drink.
A Best Dressed Competition was held for the Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Female, Best Dressed Child, and the impromptu addition of Best Dressed Seniors.
To inject excitement into this year's Raffles Draw, the winners get to draw their own prizes out of the prize box, after their winning numbers were called up. Conducted over multiple intervals of the night, we see the lucky winners brimming with smiles at the prizes they have won.
And we saw a few of the serial winners, who walked away with at least 2 prizes for the night...

Apart from the attention-grabbing Lucky Draw segments, there were also several fun-filled events that went on throughout the night.
We have seen our performing talents fighting it out to be the best rock band of eLC...
And the couples who went on to groove on stage...

Just before midnight, everyone was gathered to encircle the ballroom & each to say a positive word before we usher in the New Year...
