To fulfill eLC’s core value of “Nurturing and Caring”, eLC has always been committed to professional development of the staff. Some of our eLC Consultants were gathered back at eLC Headquarters on the first week of November 2021 to attend a course on “Prepare and Conduct Coaching”.
The course commenced on 1st November and lasted through to 5th November. It was conducted by our very own in-house trainer, Mr. Gustin Low.
The classroom was filled with fun and joy, as people, familiar with one another, came together to learn.
Everyone participated in the discussions actively and created an engaging learning environment for each other to learn.
We also took the opportunity to celebrate the birthdays of Mr. Allan Tang and Mr. Richard Sim.
The course concluded with two days of Assessment, with everyone certified competent by our assessor.
