Singapore, 29 April 2020 — A consortium comprising eLC Pte Ltd and Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd was awarded a contract by the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) for a One-stop Driver/Rider Training Services to produce competent and safe Transport Operators and Commanders for the SAF. The scope for this contract is for the provision and supply of required training services, which include classroom theory lessons, digital/simulation-based training and on-the-road practical lessons. The contract also includes the management and maintenance of Training Vehicles and Training Facilities, and the management for Driver Training Simulation System (DTSS) maintenance. The contract value is above S$100 million for a firm 10 years arrangement, with an extension option of another 10 years.
