ALP Workshop 2017

On 12 June 2017, a total of 26 staff members gathered at SAFRA Jurong to attend the in-house Active Learning Process (ALP) workshop. The workshop was led by Senior Project Consultant, Mr Allan Tang.

ALP provides a framework for structure and organised learning for teams and is normally used for complex or complicated activities.

The 5 principles that participants learned from the training were:

    1. Begin with an end in mind
    2. Move forward by looking back
    3. Multi-level learning
    4. Capitalise on memory and recency effect
    5. Resource and support learning
