On 8th April 2017, the Project Team (PT) deployed at Institute for Military Learning (IML), SAFTI MI celebrated its 1st major milestone. It seemed only yesterday when the PT began its operations at IML on 1st April 2016. The deployment at IML best exemplifies the mission of eLC Pte Ltd, i.e. to empower our clients' human capital through the use of learning technologies. The PT comprising 6 instructors and 4 administrators made use of technologically enhanced training facilities at IML to conduct Effective, Efficient and Engaging courses for the client's trainers to build the latter's competencies in employing Learner-centric curriculum and Adult Learning pedagogy. The PT had consistently achieved "Band 1", the highest possible rating, every month since its inception which speaks volumes of the quality of instruction and course administration at IML.
The anniversary celebration was graced by our CEO, Mr William Chua and the Heads of Business Units. Mr William Chua, in his opening address, congratulated everyone on arriving thus far. He emphasised the need in working together as one family. For the football fans, he added that Liverpool Football Club's motto "You'll Never Walk Alone" could be emulated. Mr Allan Tang, PT Team Lead shared that while the PT spent more time at IML rather than at eLC, the PT was fully cognisant that we were first and foremost members of eLC. He wished everyone more good years ahead.
The event was filled with laugher, fun and delicious food. It was also a time for everyone, including the family members, to further enhance the already excellent bonding with one another.
