In April 2013, we are delighted to welcome MAS Academy, Malaysia, to the ranks of our empowered e-authors. The training programme was held over three days and consisted of Basic Lectora up to Advance Lectora Training. Besides mastering the use of Lectora as an Authoring Tool, they would also be able to further maximize Lectora´s functions and usability to create interactive eLearning Content. There were both lead trainers and facilitators to ensure all the participants have absolute hands-on help at any time during these three days of training.
First day of training saw the basics of creating content being covered, followed by using variables and add-on tools to create more interactivity on the second day. Participants were able to follow step-by-step training coupled with facilitation sessions to enhance their transference. The last day completed the empowerment of the participants with additional tips and tricks to maximize their creativity while using the tool.
Overall, the participants expressed that they have benefited much from the training programme and also from the sharing of the trainers/facilitators. And, they unanimously agreed that Lectora is an interesting, easy and great interactive tool for content development!
