The theme for this year´s event is "Shaping and Developing the Instructional Technology", which is one of the main competency of eLC.
Our Co-CEO & CLO, Mr Benson Soong presented to an audience of 300+ lecturers and professors on "Technology Options for Creating eLearning Contents, Tools for the Non-Programmers". In his presentation, he convinced the lecturers and professors that elearning can also be done by non-programmers using the right tools, and is not only for those well-versed in computer programming.
