eLC Commences Blended Course for Singapore´s Ministry of Education

eLC, a leading eLearning service provider in Singapore with core competencies in customized eLearning content development and solutions to enable organizations to develop and deploy their own "e" content, has been awarded a contract to design, develop and conduct a blended course, entitled Online Teaching & Mentoring, for MOE. Mainly targeted at school HOD ITs, this project involves the design, development and integration of four eLearning modules on MOE´s eVITAL Learning Management System, in conjunction with three face-to-face modules per class.

"We have been working closely with MOE on various training and eLearning initiatives, and are most pleased to be given the opportunity to extend our scope of work with them," reported William Chua, Co-CEO of eLC.

Benson Soong, Co-CEO and CLO of eLC, adds: "There are tremendous opportunities afforded by information technology (IT) for education. We hope that this course would serve as a catalyst to advance the use of IT for educational purposes in schools."
